When engaging Floral Web Services (FWS) for static website building, dynamic web apps, custom software, or logo branding kits, terms are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Delivery timelines and costs displayed on our Interactive Project Estimator tool represent approximate ranges only.
FWS pre-built CRMs (School CRM, Lodge CRM, Billing CRM, Logistics CRM) are offered on a subscription licensing basis (monthly or annual). Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the systems on FWS-managed server hosting. Code modifications to our pre-built SaaS applications remain the intellectual property of Floral Web Services.
Clients are responsible for providing appropriate text copywriting, image assets, database input records, and credential tokens required to launch apps. Delayed uploads of asset folders can postpone delivery schedules.
Upon final payment receipt for bespoke software development, source codes and design graphic assets of custom client portfolios are handed over to the client. Pre-built software cores and SaaS plugins remain proprietary to FWS.
